Inka Gold Farms is located in Trujillo, in the North of Peru. The workers come from rural populations adjacent to the asparagus fields, protecting and ensuring their well-being and compliance with all labor standards and legislation through the Safe Place to Work Program.
Additionally, Inka Gold Farms maintains partnerships with local universities for research grants and scholarships and contributes to the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.

Being eco-friendly is not at odds with using the most advanced technical resources to obtain quality asparagus. Therefore, at Inka Gold Farms, they use various artificial intelligence sensors that measure everything from water tension (tensiometers) to the sugar content of the crowns (Brix refractometers) and pest incidence levels.
